Happy Earth Care processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Happy Earth Care also processes personal data when we are legally obliged to do so

Automated decision-making

Happy Earth Care does not make decisions based on automated processing that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without a human (for example, an employee of Happy Earth Care) being involved.

How long we retain personal data

Happy Earth Care does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Happy Earth Care does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Happy Earth Care remains responsible for these processes.

View, edit, or delete data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Happy Earth Care, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organization you specify.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to hello@happyearthcare.com.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

How we secure personal data

Happy Earth Care takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. Reviews

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide clarification on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
