Terms of delivery
Delivery
After payment has been received and processed, we will immediately deliver the order. Your order will be delivered by DHL Parcel. DHL Parcel makes a delivery attempt to your home address and delivers on all days with the exception of Sundays. If the order is placed before 10 p.m., it will be delivered the next delivery day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a DHL tracking number. With this link you can also choose to have your package delivered to a DHL location.
If you are not at home and the package cannot be delivered through the letterbox, we will deliver the package to the neighbors. You will then receive a card in your mailbox with the address where the package was delivered. If the neighbors are not at home at that time, we will leave a delivery code on the card at a DHL Parcelshop or DHL Parcelstation. There are no additional costs involved.

Happy Earth and DHL opt for CO2-free delivery.
As part of the GoGreen program, our logistics service provider DHL compensates the CO2 emissions generated during the transport of orders.
DHL's GoGreen program aims for 0% emissions. DHL is committed to electric transport in the 'last mile', which means that the last kilometers to the recipient are traveled emission-free. This should be the case in 2025. In addition, there are already several gas-free DHL sorting centers and DHL is only building sustainable branches. In addition, it is experimenting with trucks that run on hydrotreated vegetable oil and it is becoming increasingly easier for you as a consumer to adjust the delivery of a package. The latter means that, for example, you can opt for delivery to a safe place around the house or at a collection point, which reduces the number of journeys and therefore CO2 emissions.
