Delivery
"Once the payment has been received and processed, we will immediately proceed with the delivery of the order. Your order will be delivered by DHL Parcel. DHL Parcel will make a delivery attempt at your home address and delivers on all days except Sunday. If the order is placed before 10:00 PM, it will be at your home the next delivery day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number, and with this link, you can also choose to have your package delivered to a DHL location."
'If you are not at home and the package cannot be delivered through the letterbox, we will offer the package to the neighbors. You will then receive a card in the mailbox with the address where the package has been delivered. If the neighbors are also not at home at that time, we will leave a delivery code on the card, at a DHL Parcelshop or DHL Parcelstation. There are no additional costs associated with this.'

'Happy Earth and DHL are going for CO2-free delivery.'
As part of the GoGreen program, our logistics service provider DHL compensates for the CO² emissions generated during the transport of the orders.
The GoGreen program of DHL aims for 0% emissions. DHL places a high priority on electric transport in the 'last mile', which means that the final kilometers to the recipient are covered emission-free. This should be the case by 2025. In addition, there are already several gas-free DHL sorting centers, and DHL is only building sustainable locations. Furthermore, it is experimenting with trucks that run on hydrotreated vegetable oil, and it is becoming increasingly easier for consumers to adjust the delivery of a package. This means, for example, that one can choose delivery to a safe place around the house or at a pickup point, which reduces the number of trips and thus also the CO2 emissions.
