Delivery

Once you have ordered, we will start gathering your products and preparing them for delivery. If you order before 7:00 PM on a working day, your order will be shipped the same day, and in the Netherlands, your package will even be delivered the next business day. After 7:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays, we will ship your package on the next working day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. With this link, you can also choose to have your package delivered to a pickup point. 

If you are not home and the package cannot be delivered through the mailbox, we will offer the package to the neighbors. You will then receive an email or a card in the mailbox with the address where the package has been delivered.

Delivery costs

Free delivery on orders over €40 within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For orders under this amount, we charge €5,95 for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For an overview of delivery costs for other countries, please refer to the table below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
