Terms of delivery

Delivery

After the payment has been received and processed, we immediately proceed to delivery of the order. Your order will be delivered by DHL Parcel. DHL Parcel makes a delivery attempt at your home address and delivers on all days except Sunday. If the order is placed before 22:00, it will be delivered the next day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a DHL tracking number with this link. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a DHL location.

If you are not at home and the package cannot be delivered through the letterbox, we will offer the package to the neighbors. You will then receive a card in the mail with the address where the package has been delivered. If the neighbors are not at home at that time either, we will leave a delivery code on the card at a DHL Parcelshop or DHL Parcelstation. There are no additional charges.

Happy Earth and DHL go for CO2-free delivery.

As part of the GoGreen program, our logistics service provider DHL compensates for the CO² emissions generated during the transport of the orders.

DHL's GoGreen program has a goal of 0% emissions. Among other things, DHL is committed to electric transport in the 'last mile', which means that the last kilometers to the recipient are covered emission-free. This should be the case in 2025. In addition, there are already several gas-free DHL sorting centers and DHL is only building sustainable branches. In addition, it is experimenting with trucks that run on hydrotreated vegetable oil and it is becoming increasingly easier for you as a consumer to adjust the delivery of a package. The latter means that, for example, you can opt for delivery to a safe place around the house or at a collection point, which reduces the number of journeys and therefore also CO2 emissions.
